Author Colin Mustful would like to announce the release of a new series of blog posts titled, 25 Lessons from Ceding Contempt.  The posts will appear every Wednesday, beginning March 23.  Each post will include a historical lesson regarding Minnesota at the time of the treaties of Traverse des Sioux and Mendota which were signed by the Dakota Indians in 1851.  Following each lesson, there will be an excerpt from the author’s upcoming release, Ceding Contempt:  Minnesota’s Most Significant Historical Event.  The excerpts will be relevant to the historical lesson in the post.  Finally, the posts will include images, links to other historical material, and sources used by the author.
